คำของครูบาบุญชุ่ม ญาณสํวโร ที่กล่าวไว้บ่อยครั้ง +++ความผูกพันธ์ของคนที่เกิดมาพบเจอกัน+++ คนเราเจอกัน ไม่ใช่เรื่องบังเอิญความสัมพันธ์ เป็นพ่อเป็นลูก ,เป็นแม่เป็นลูก, เป็นพี่เป็นน้อง, เป็นญาติ , เป็นเพื่อนกัน , ศัตรูคู่อาฆาต, เป็นคนรัก เป็นเจ้านายเป็นลูก เป็นนายทหาร เป็นขุนนาง ฯลฯ มันเป็นบุพกรรมที่ทำร่วมกันมาทั้งนั้น ไม่ใช่ ของเลื่อนลอย เมื่อมีวาสนาต่อสิ่งใดไม่ต้องเรียกร้อง ถึงเวลา ก็มาเอง เมื่อสิ้นวาสนา ก็ต้องจากกัน ไม่มีหน ทางรั้งไว้ ในตอนที่ยังมีชีวิตอยู่ด้วยกันหรือยังไม่ได้แยก จากกัน ยังอยู่ด้วยกัน ก็ควรสร้างกรรมดีต่อกัน หมดวาสนาเมื่อถึงเวลาที่ต้องจากกัน ไม่ว่าคุณ จะมีเงินทองมากมายหรือมีอำนาจล้นฟ้าก็เรียก มันกลับคืนมาไม่ได้ ทุกๆ วจีกรรม กายกรรม และมโนกรรม ที่เรา นึกคิดพูดล้วนเป็นกรรมหมด อยู่ที่เจตนาเป็น ตัวตัวกำหนดบุญหรือบาป ล้วนส่งผลต่อปัจจุบันและอนาคตทั้งนั้น...เราจึง ควรมีเมตตาต่อกัน และต่อสรรพสัตว์ร่วมโลก

 Our encounter with someone in this lifetime is not simply a coincidence. Whether it is being a father, mother, sister, brother, lover, enemy, boss, employee, soldier, etc., all had a karmic cause. If we have a karmic connection (wasana) with something, do not aggravate over it, for it will come in due time. On the opposite, if that karmic connection is gone, separation is inevitable, there's no way to hold on to it. While one is still alive and have not parted from each other, one should create only good karma towards each other. For when the karmic connection is gone, departure is the only result. It doesn't matter how rich you are or if your social status is as high as the sky, there's no way of getting it back. Every actions of ours, whether from the heart, body, mind, every thoughts and spoken words have a karmic effect. It is the intention of our actions that determines whether that karma (result) is good or bad. These karma have an effect on both our present life and future lives. Therefore, we should practice compassion (metta) towards each other and towards other worldly beings alike.
